1. Acceptance of Terms

By installing, accessing, or using the EngageIQ Chrome extension or website (collectively, the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

EngageIQ is an AI-powered writing assistant that helps users compose LinkedIn comments. It generates comment suggestions based on the content of LinkedIn posts and the user's personal knowledge base configuration. EngageIQ does not post comments automatically — users review, edit, and submit all content themselves.

3. User Responsibilities

By using EngageIQ, you agree to:

  • Review and take responsibility for all comments you post on LinkedIn, regardless of whether they were generated by EngageIQ
  • Comply with LinkedIn's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines
  • Not use the Service to generate spam, harassment, hate speech, or any content that violates applicable laws
  • Not use the Service to impersonate others or spread misinformation
  • Not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of the Service
  • Not use the Service in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the Service or its infrastructure

4. AI-Generated Content

EngageIQ uses artificial intelligence to generate comment suggestions. AI-generated content may not always be accurate, appropriate, or aligned with your intentions. You are solely responsible for reviewing all generated content before posting it. Ahmasoft is not liable for any consequences arising from content you choose to post, whether generated by the Service or not.

5. Intellectual Property

The EngageIQ extension, website, branding, and all associated materials are the intellectual property of Ahmasoft. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Service without prior written permission. Comments generated by the Service for your use are yours — you own the content you post.

6. Pricing and Availability

EngageIQ is currently offered free of charge during the beta period. Ahmasoft reserves the right to introduce paid features, modify pricing, or change the availability of the Service at any time with reasonable notice. The core functionality may be subject to usage limits in the future.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Ahmasoft does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Ahmasoft and its founders, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your use of the Service. This includes, without limitation, any consequences of comments posted on LinkedIn, account actions taken by LinkedIn, or business outcomes related to your LinkedIn engagement.

9. Third-Party Services

EngageIQ interacts with LinkedIn and uses the Anthropic API (Claude) for AI generation. Your use of these third-party services is subject to their respective terms and policies. Ahmasoft is not responsible for the availability, functionality, or policies of any third-party service.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time by uninstalling the extension. Ahmasoft reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the Service for any user who violates these terms, at our sole discretion, with or without notice.

11. Changes to Terms

Ahmasoft reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

12. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from or related to the use of the Service shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties.
